infocus campus

This 27-acre, three-building, high tech campus was designed when Infocus outgrew their existing facilities. The campus master plan included the design of signage, pedestrian and auto circulation, public plazas, wetland mitigation, and water quality ponds for on-site treatment and detention of storm water. The Phase I building was completed in 2001.

The master plan and Phase I project were completed by Mr. O'Brien while at GreenWorks, PC. Viridian Environmental Design is currently working on a master plan revision and construction documents for Phases II and III.
