The Villages at Cascade Head
Lincoln City, Oregon

North of the coastal town of Lincoln City, Oregon, this 550 acre development has commanding views of the Salmon River and Pacific Ocean. Viridian was hired by the developer to provide landscape architectural services for the mixed-use residential and small commercial development. Planning has been completed for the first 160 units, entry signage, water quality ponds, and storm water treatment facilities. The first segment of the main entrance road has been completed and construction of the first residential units began in the Summer of 2007.
